How It Works

SHIPPING

We always aim to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days from order. However Personalised or Handmade Items can take a little longer as they are bespoke items handmade to your specifications we ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery on these items. We also do Pre-Orders on some items these are specially ordered in as required, items such as seasonal goods we don't stock all year round so you will need to read the full item description for dispatch times for these items.  For further details on Delivery times for specific products please refer to item description for more information as at peak times these advised delivery times can vary due to demand. if in doubt please email any questions and we will answer them for you ASAP.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your products however should you find a problem we will be happy to allow returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in full resaleable condition at buyers expense refunds will be at the discretion of the management . (Exemptions Do Apply .. such as personalised items once approval has been accepted they can not be refunded unless the item is Faulty or Damaged 

we ask that if you wish to return any item that you contact us prior to return and we will do our best to resolve any issue that you have.
